What do you think?

Sun looks weird, texture on 109 is very low.
-
Reynolds, it's very poor quality...
if you'd really like, i can make you one with the same 109 and skin...
BUT, signature banners are banned by the forum rules, so what you're going to do with it i have no idea lol
-
What Program do you use to edit this stuff is it free if so can u name a program that is free that can do this?
-
It poor quality (textures and the like) because my computer is poor quality. I am only running the 256, and even that is BARELY sustainable :(
Major Biggles, I would LOVE that. I just wanted a small banner to put on the forums of another game I play, and I just threw this together in 15 minutes. I was lucky as hell to find, and kill a Spit 16 in my first flight.
Husky, I use GIMP. Its free. gimp.com of gimp.org I think...
-
Just remembered, that isnt the 256, that was before I upped it, thats like, the 128.
-
Serinity im a computer retard so can u send me the exact link to download gimp please :)?
-
I will post it here in a minute.
-
i would also like that serenity
-
gimp (http://www.gimp.com)
-
ok reynolds, i'll try and fix you one right now ;)
it'll take me 20 mins or so for a good one... you want a 109g14 with the same text across it as before right?
-

i use photoplus 6, which i think i got from http://www.freeserifsoftware.com
it's a freebie, so don't expect anything like photoshop, but for a free program it's pretty good.

THANK YOU

Rule number #6 of digital graphic design: never, ever, use the lens flare effect. Do not use lens flare. Avoid it. Avoid lens flare.
Rule number #8: do not use smart blur. Also, do not use lens flare.

I LOVE lensflare personally, but I dont use blur. Thats just my graphics settings! (Yes, my computer ROYALY sucks) And thanks biggles! Do you have the raw photo to send me? I want to play with it! (I like playing with effects and add-ons to see what I really like) But it looks BEAUTIFUL! (Also, I find with my texture settings, on computers, my AH screens look dreadful, but when compressed in size by my iPod, they come out MUCH better! :D

sorry, i was dumb and didn't save the original :(
seriously though, don't use lens flare on it, it makes the thing look cheap tacky and very fake.

I like the bright flare, I feel it adds drama. Can you suggest something else that would work equally well?

lens flare is cruddy for that. if you want a glare effect, i use lighting effects, and place a bright light somewhere on the pic, then use diffuse glow on that. after that, you touch it up a bit, and you have a great looking sun, with reflections and glints on the plane's surfaces.
