Anyone have any recommendations for a
good jet-based (Korea-Vietnam-Modern)
online multiplayer game (PC)?
I already have IL2 and anything that approaches
that level of graphic detail would be ideal!
It would ideally be a multiplayer game but
its not a requirement. I'd settle for a box
game if it offered some depth.
I need a change. rolleyes:
Any suggestions?

Falcon 4.0 is the only one I can think of. I think there's another too, can't remember the name.

Wings over Vietnam is pretty good also.

I downloaded some player mods for CFSII and am currently enjoying a "Bridges Over Toko Ri" type of Korean carrier based Panther scenario.
;)
p.s. - I'm a cheap bastage.

The best jet sim ever, bar none. The graphics are simply mind boggeling. The weapons and performance of the aircraft are very realistic too. You can play on the internet using hyperlobby.

I really like the Strike Fighters Project 1/Wings over Vietnam/Wings over Europe series.
Its a sim light but very enjoyable to fly and has tons and tons and tons of mods (planes, missions, ships, ect, ect). There is just sooooo much content to that game.
But best in that series is the newly released First Eagles: Great War 1918.

Falcon 4: Allied Force.
They just added HyperLobby support recently so public game servers/campaigns are available.
Solid sim, frequent updates.
I seem to be chicking up a lot of night sorties over North Korea lately. Not a bad thing, but if you are newbie and require aerial refueling, its dicey!
They've really tweaked the network code considerably, I dont see any warps flying along other Viper pilots.

I cant find it locally, I may have to order it. The guys at SimHq Forums have posted some neat multiplayer sorties.

The only problem i have with Falcon 4.0 is that it's kinda complecated.
Other than that it is also a good flight sim
