I have a few intersting films,and am wondering how to post them here from the viewer?

You can use http://www.speedyshare.com to host your files then copy and paste the link in here.

 I have tried to put a movie through the link..it is here somewhere,if I did it wrong,someone let me know...:)
And also,how do I get rid of the upload at the speedy site when I am done...

 DO I need to put the movie into its own seperate folder?
