My kid wants to get a 2 weed free trial for aces high. We now have 2 computers that are now online. My kid made a new account and whenever he trys to go into the main arena, it says the 2 weeks are up. We just got the account today and it says this. He hasn't even set up his callsign yet. Why is this happening and how can we fix it?

Does your othe computer have an account set up on it?
Are you sharing 1 ip address?
have you already gone through a 2 week trial on yer other computer?

This is the original computer that started with Aces High. I do believe we are sharing 1 ip address, and there was an account on this that went through a 2 week period before. So does this mean that we cant have annother 2 week trial period on this computer?

I am sure that is the case Weave. You have one IP on that line and it is recorded as having used the two week trial. If you had it run on a second phone line, it might work different, I don't know for sure on that.
