They are proposing the same thing here in Jersey.

Hrmm. Legally blind in this case seems to mean people with very limited eyesight and not people who cannot see at all.

Already have that here in Virginia Beach....I mean with the "quality" of drivers here half of them must be blind or as Carlos Mencia would call them "Dee Dee Dee's"

These people out here can't drive for crap. Oh and you should see it when the weather gets just a little bit bad. I mean 1 freaking drop of water falls from the sky and the roads turn into a big game of "Combat Cars" and never mind if we get a little snow....forget about it.
