Interesting site. I think it's Dutch, or something. Not German, as far as I can read it, but similar.

.be is the Belgium domain, yes, but from what I understood they spoke French there. It is, however, right next to the Netherlands, and I think they speak a form of Dutch (or some other Germanic language).

Yes it is called Flemish spoken in the north. In the south, what is called Belgium French is spoken.

Hehe, Flemish is rather similar to Dutch AFAIK, - at least for me, it's hard to catch the difference.
Belgium French is also AFAIK as close to French as French French, - give or take what area of France. Maybe a difference in spelling?
Same goes with German. German German , Swiss German, etc, - but it's hilarious when a Saarlander, Platdeutcher and a Swiss meet :D
