Don't EVER go into an America Online "From the left", or "from the right" for that matter, and attempt to discuss politics. Just when I thought I have heard it all, someone tells me that he believes Senator Johnson of SD was the victim of an assasination attempt by the Bush White House, and the whole AVM thing is just a lie........   ( INSERT EMOTICON KNOCKING HEAD AGAINST A BRICK WALL)

Is thread only about AOL, or is it open to the posting of any favors which I think members of this owe themselves?

Sounds like the AOL discussion boards are only slightly more sane than the Yahoo message boards. Which is probably why Yahoo is discontinuing them...
I still tune in occasionally for a good laugh or two, but trying to have a rational discussion with those lunatics is like, well, having a discussion with a lunatic...

I think there is a "no insanity" rule here. Maybe #18. :)

As long as we word it "no insanity allowed", versus "no insane people allowed". If the later, I would have to disqualify myself as an Admin. :D

Just heard a report that secret service are stationed heavily around his room. A very overweight nurse with a shotgun was seen in the hospital. The witnesses said that she resembled Shooter Cheney.

Actually, it helps to be a bit certifiable before hand. That way, the employer knows what to expect. If you start sane, then there is no way for the employer to know which path of cuckoodom the person might take. :)
