Just a note.  I think the answer to balance is the new que system.  Let the game be.

I've only been on since May 06.  So I don't know anything about AH before then.  

If it is balance we are after.  Balance in numbers, then multiple arenas with the que system to me is the answer.  

One tweek I would do is to install the que system when numbers in the arena reach 20 or more per side.  Some number like that.

LOL So your a vote against the que system I take it?

I just think that the other systems aren't working too well.  So while it is easy to criticize :furious , what is your solution?

side imbalancing?

i don't think that we should be trying to balance the sides in any way shape or form.  i played this game for a long time before they ever started doing anything about it and there were a few complainers that were always accusing the rooks of being the horde.  (i flew nights at this time...once flew bish way back)  now it's the bish who are accused of being hordes and the knights are always "outnumbered" and the rooks seem to have less hordes than the rest...or do they?  dunno...

balance schmalance.  that's what i say.  war is hell.  let the market determine.

i think that there is a point where it gets gross and the ENY system serves as a nice enough reminder and a reasonable penalty.  it's enough if you ask me.

the que thing sucks.  i have made my opinions pretty clear about that.
