Platano, the general forum description reads, "Open forum for the general discussion of Aces High."  It is not a forum for the discussion of anything.

Baffles me. It's absolute gibberish. But never mind that; Aces High would benefit greatly from the very next sound, which is the loud whine as the propeller starts spinning.

I can't imagine what effect that aircraft's ancestor would have had on the audience, back in 1935, after decades of biplane-dominated air forces. It must have stunned them.
