Post by: Nilsen on December 22, 2006, 12:29:46 PM
My dad love this guy so i wanna get him a set, but cant remember the titles, actor or what he was called in the movies :D

Its comedy.. western style.

Its a big guy with a beard that goes around kicking peoples ass.

Not alot to go on i guess. The movies are pretty old.. im guessing 20 years plus.

Ring any bells?

Ah yes, Carlo Pedersoli (Bud Spencer), the king of Italian spagetti western comedy.

What an amazing life that man has led:

Holds a Juris Doctor degree.

Competed for Italy in the swimming competition at the 1952, 1956 and 1960 Olympic Games.

Children: Giuseppe (1961), Christine (1962) and Diamante (1972).

Carlo Pedersoli changed his name to Bud Spencer in 1967. He chose that name because he is a big fan of Spencer Tracy and because of his favorite American beer.

He's a Jet Airplane and Helicopter pilot (he became an flying geek after shooting "Pił Forte, Ragazzi!"), and owns an air transports company.

Was personally recruited by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to stand as a candidate of the moderate right-oriented party "Forza Italia" for the regional elections 2005 in Rome. He lost.

Was the first Italian to swim 100 m. Freestyle in less than a minute

Appeared in 19 films with frequent co-star 'Terence Hill ' , including the popular Trinity series of comedic Westerns.[/quote]
