I was reading in my book with like 3,000 different planes from all time periods and came across this British Dive Bomber and thought I read what it had to say about it. The plane is the Blackburn Skua/Roc, and it says that in the start of WW2 the british didn't have any modern naval fighters and they decided to turn the Skua into a fighter which become the Roc (I think). They say it performed very well as a fighter, and was on front line duties escorting carrier bombers and protecting the British fleets. It served from 1939-41.
Specs: Apply to the Skua II.
Popwerplant: one 664kW (890hp) Bristol Perseus XII 9-cylinder radial engine.
Performance: max speed 363km/h (225mph); range 1220km (761 miles); service ceiling 5820m (19,100ft)
Armament: five forward-firing 7.62mm (0.30in) Browning machine guns; 335kg (740Ib) of bombs.
Sounds fun to fly to me and makes a good early war fighter/bomber carrier plane.

Yes, it would be fantastic. The game is empty and drab without it. Aces High needs an attack aircraft that is almost forty miles an hour slower than the American SBD-5, with a slightly smaller bombload. I imagine that Hitech Creations have it right near the top of their big board, just underneath the Hawker Henley, Supermarine Stranraer, and of course the Grumman FF/Goblin.

Nice idea, but adding the Fairey Fulmar and Firefly would be much better.
The Firefly would be especially useful in AH.
