Title: Mapping Throttle and RPM?

Can anyone explain to this tard how to map throttle and rpm to a single button (well, single throttle input)?

I vaguely remember the procedure for the old control interface, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it with the new system...

Sorry mate but I dont think it can be done anymore....
