Title: vox problems help please

For some reason when I goto use my vox it will start repeating what I say over and over again until I let go of the button. how can I fix this?

P.S. it has nothing to do with my mic.

mike inline with the speakers at a mid to high volumne ???

Keying up the talk button to soon ???

or open mike in windows ...

no when I press "T" to talk it will record maybe up to 2 second of what I say then it will keep repeating that 2 seconds until let go of "T".
