it wont let me install the new version and that is the error that it displays!
whats the deal HTC?
"Could not intialize installation.(CRC) The parameter is incorrect.
I click on OK then it exits installation.
HELP!

Sounds like you got a bad download.
I would try re downloading and re-installing.
