As i'm sure thats tomorrow for most people as its the 5th of january here in the uk,  at 10:27am

my pc date is set as the 5th as well.

so is it me being dumb or are the forums wrong?  :-)

The new server is so fast it has exceeded the speed of light!

Either that or something is blocking it from syncing with the time server.  Or skuzzy is such a 1337 sysadmin he has turned off automatic time updating and set both the bios AND the software config to zulu time so it's adding a full day.

Or maybe HT set the clock by his watch which for some reason hasn't run in 364 days.

Or maybe in Grapevine, the clock sets YOU!

Or it's a protest against microsoft and solaris not releasing the new time zone patch for older operating systems, and in a show of solidarity with everyone running an older OS, he's set all the clocks a day ahead.

Or maybe he just wanted a 3-day weekend so he set the clocks ahead a day before leaving work Thurs night, and he's gonna sleep in Fri while everyone at work wonders "why did I come to work on Saturday?"

The funniest part is, it's ALREADY friday night for me 'cause I'm strategically situated on the other side of the date line.  My weekend has already started and you poor bastages still have to go to work! :)

Ahahahahaha!

Everything will be back to normal around 8am CST tomorrow.

The reason they are out of order was I had set the day one day forward, so postings made during that time, before I fixed it, are actually dated for tomorrow.

So when the BB sorts the threads, they look all wonky as the threads posted after I corrected the day appear before the ones with tomorrow's date.

I need a beer.

Awwwwwww man.

Of all the things I imagined could have gone wrong with migrating to a new server,...I have to admit, this one did not occur to me.

I wishI could say this was a rookie mistake, but I do not believe a rookie would have made this one.  I mean,...talk about yer DOH! moments.
