Re-familiarizing over some of the planes so as to better know how to kill them as I will do from time to time
(Hint, would reccomend all semi new players do this )
Spent some time in the 205 last night.
Which is a plane I havent spent alot of time in.
Just some of my initial thoughts
Nice ride
Not super fast but fast enough.
climbs very well.
Handles well but can be very unstable at times.
Course that could be attributed to my lack of experience with it.
In a close quarters knife fight it seems best to fly at a reduced throttle otherwise you are prone to quick blackouts
OR better yet work the throttle more then you would other planes when doing a tight turn.
All in all a very dangerous bird for anyone who takes the time to learn it and get used to its nuances
Approach with caution
all in all I did pretty well in one the few times I flew it last night. One flight landing 6 kills
Not bad considering im far from used to that plane

I fly it much the same as I would a 109. you should be an absolute nightmare to fly against in it.

I was under the impression the 202-205 was more like a spitfire than a 109. I havent flown the 205 for a long time, but in the EWA I've taken up the 202 a couple of times. I just hate the canopy, the 202 canopy makes the La, hurri, and 109 canopies seem positively open

The C.205 has been my main ride for the past few months.
It's a good combination furballer and e-fighter but ya gotta get close for the cannons to be effective. My convergance is now set at 275yds after experimenting with convergance ranges up to 400yds.
Slow OTD but it holds E fairly good, enough to run down much faster planes but E management and good SA is the key to survival as with all planes in AH.

Thoughts on the 205 huh?
The 1.9 was one of the greatest GTi's ever. ;)
