It's time for ALL out GV WAR sponsored by the Axis Vs. Allies Arena.
I am hoping that they run ALL GV's all day but will settle for whatever they can do.Hope to see all of you in there.
T-34's Vs. Panzers is a friggin blast. Now if we can get enough to show up that have the Gonads to operate in the T-34 and not go for the easy Panzer, i myself will be in a T-34 and hope to see many others in one as well as we crush the, well you know.

Is this in the AvA arena, or the Eight Player arena and your private room?
-
what time is the main battle.

This will be in the AvA, on the time i am not sure of, i have requested from the AvA staff that it be an all day deal but that is entirely up to them.

well kinda helps if you know what time i live in alaska and would love to run in a t-34

So what is the deal with the GV event? We need some info, if it is going to happen.

Real simple guys
NO PLANES
Stats @ 9 Eastern time(after tonight maybe we will get a 24 hour deal for the next week, depends on how many show up, so we can show them just how many of us are all for this Idea of a PLANE FREE Battle in Tank's)
T-34 Vs. Panzer
Slash is Calling it Heavy Metal Monday's
This will be the first night this idea of mine is being ran in the AvA.This is to work out the bugs and the kink's for future HMM's to happen. As with all events in AH. show up early so we can work out the sides get used to our new countrymen and have FUN in GV's while not being bothered by PLANES.
FUN is to be had by all that attend, and make sure to tell your friends.

Last nights battle was a total blast. We had some of the better tankers show up(Sheri,dr7,fredtex, LTARkils, etc.) and had some really good fights.
Just having no planes bombing the area was the best part of it, in the beginning the RV8's kinda ruined the fun but once they were turned off it was ON like Donkey KONG.
I am looking forward to next monday.
Thanks to Slash for making it happen and a Big Thanks too al those who showed <<>>:aok

the GV battle was great. T-43s VS panzers at first it was awesome i pwn everyone in the T-34odeath LOL drove all the way back to the base to land 12 hehehe. then after about an hour Slash turned on the tigers and it was on from there
Slash thanks for making it happen. this was a fun fight to all that showed up count me in again next week.
now all we need to do is get some more people in there so i can land more kills hehehehehe

He deserves that. Fixing the arena up that way was neither quick nor easy.
- oldman (but if Slash did it right, next time it just might be!)

I got in late after everyone was upping only Tigers, which was too bad . . . I was looking forward to a T-34 brawl.
Was still a lot of fun. I look forward to next week!

Let me know when this becomes a True GV war with objectives. Instead of a duck hunt.
with respectful anticipation.

We did have objectives, don't get killed was the main one.

Because it's a Historical Arena, Slash wanted to keep it that way at the start, then open up the field. It's the input from the Players that will shape this event.
I am just grateful to the AvA Staff for providing an Arena with a No Bomb Drop Zone so as to fight with Tanks against Tanks.
I really liked how when Sheri came in 5 people left, :rofl :lol

Should be a fun snapshot, even better if the lights get turned off.
