Title: Film/ Recording Question: Vox?
Post by: Simaril on January 08, 2007, 08:49:10 AM
Quick question....does anyone know if "T" vox channel is recorded on the film? I know the F12 range is.

I'm thinking of making a "pointers" film for a squaddie to let him see what choices I'm making and to explain why -- but I don't want to bother nearby folks with newbie-like narration!

(You know the newbs I mean..."I'm in a  B-24! It's got lots of bombs, doesnt it! Do you think it was the best bomber? OH NO, there's a bad guy behind me....)

Yes, film records all sort of voice transmission - range and tunable.

Additionally, you can add voice/text afterwards (in the film viewer, through the button in the upper right corner). Ive only ever added text myself though.

Simaril, Ive found it easiest to edit the voice comments in through the film viewer rather than doing it live, but if you're a good public speaker type person, go for it.  Its worth learning how to edit text/voice in AHfilm if you plan on doing more in the future.
