Title: USB Rudder Problems

I had some problems with the latest update so I ended up un installing and re downloading the base,update and hi res patch. When I went to calibrate joysticks I was unable to follow directions "map joystick input throttle to AH input rudder"

The joystick input box under ch pro pedals only had the following inputs x-axis, Y-axis, z-axis and button 0, none for throttle, any sugestions HI-Tech?
