Title: Help With Post's

I need some help learning the bbs. I would like to put a song in a post.  I would like to use a pictue i have as the link for the file. I have no idea how to do any of this. I know how to use the pic hanger to insert pictures in bbs, but I have no idea how to do he sound/link thing. I posted in the sounds and skins bbs but thought i would get a faster response here.

You have to host the song first, you can make a site at myspace or purevolume if you have a band or there are some sites that will host them free, although the links escape me at the moment.

To post a picture, you also need to host it somewhere like photobucket.com, once you upload that picture they have an actual link you can copy, it's the one with the [IMG] in front and behind it.  Otherwise we have the [IMG] tags right on the BBS here.
