Title: radio proximity

i would like to be able to see who is within radio range without having to pull up the radio channel window.

perhaps a list that appears without the box that reads like the damage listing.

It got even more difficult when they took it out of the tower/hangar/o'club. Now we have to pull it up instead of it just being there by default.
