Title: Micosoft stole my name!
Post by: Habu on January 16, 2007, 07:35:45 AM: As many of you know I have been Habu here since about 2001. In 2006 Microsoft introduced a new mouse they have developed with Razor called the Habu Mouse.

What irks me is that they have Trademarked the name Habu.

Any trademark attorneys here? Care to help me fight them to get my name back?

Besides Jan 2002 is not "one year of BS". It is a few days into 2002, but I bet you know that already Wes seeing as you are such a genius as to be able to look at the join date right on my friggin post. What a maroon.

well u said u registered (and i was assuming THAT name) in 2001 but it said jan 2002 so to me it is 1 year of BS :D

Get some Trademark & Copyright paper work back-date for a price and you should be good! :D

Wes14: Some of us have been around since the AW days and not have registered in here for a while. I have registered 3 times on here as I have moved around alot in the past 8 years. Habu has been around since I started way back when and if you needed a specific date besides just having a year, why should it matter? It is funny how you have over 15 post a day and are a Senior Member and you just registered this month... Dude, we are only 16 days into the year, I can't wait to see your post numbers by December!! :O

I think my logitech optical mouse has more features than that, and it's 5 years old.
