some simple bugs with the http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/ website...
don;t know if HTC itself creates the page or someone else, but using the "normal" font size in firefox some links are funky.
when you hold the mouse over the links the text enlarges, and some of the text ends up having to put a word on the nest line.
when holding the mouse over the second word, the text flickers radically from non-bold to bold, and from 1 line to 2 lines.
specific examples are:
Arena Etiquette
The Radar Map
Dot Commands
Cockpit Gauges
Flight Controls
Carrier Takeoffs
Carrier Landings
Flight Dynamics
Boom and Zoom
Energy Fighting
Rolling Scissors (film)
Level Bombing (Techniques)
Ground Vehicles
Soda's Aircraft (Evaluation)
Arena Etiquette {second link}
One Page Quick (Reference)
Printable Speed (Charts)
Printable Climb (Charts)
Where I put the ( ) that word is already on a second line, so holding the mouse over that word does not cause the problem, you have to hold the mouse over the last word listed before the ( )
I think the proble would be fixed easily if 1 of 2 things were done: 1 manually put line breaks in those phrases. 2. widen the side frame by a bit.
hope this helps, as it seems there is a wealth of information there.

There isn't a bug ... it is auto-word wrapping being done by HTML Style Sheet.
When hovering over a "hot" link in the left hand frame menu area, the link is being turned to BOLD ... which causes the fontmetrics to increase in size.
The HTML Style Sheet sees this and calculates the size needed for the phrase (hot link) to fit in the left hand menu frame ... if it won't fit, it will then calculate where to split the phrase (hot link) and wrap the rest of the phrase onto the next line.
I use Firefox too ... and it looks OK to me, but then that is just me. They could increase the size of the left hand frame so that the longest phrase will fit on one line when BOLD ... but then that would decrease the size of the right hand frame.

Slapshot is correct.
Site is set up for 1024x768 & larger. There might be a couple of pixels worth of widening for the menu, but probably not enough to ensure every link stays on one line. Any large expansion of the menu will require either a narrowing of the main page or require people using 1024x768 to have to scroll back and forth. Current setup is lesser of two evils.
The flickering is caused by the mouse position not being on part of the link after the expansion. The font then changes back and the mouse is on the link again. The font changes to bold, the mouse is not on the link. Repeat until mouse is moved.

I know why it is doing it, just makes it look funny, and thought I'd point it out in case you wanted to fix it, (or if you didn't know)

Appreciate it. Seriously. It's easy to overlook things when you've looked at it a million times.
