Title: Can't get my joystick or rudder to work

Hi,

I've followed all the instructions for setting the joystick and rudder up. No success, under the map controllers section both are recognized by the game. My rudder will turn left or right. My joystick will sometimes fire the guns but it has no control. Deadstick?

I also installed the patch.

What gives? Anybody have any ideas, solutions?

I am no Guru, but it will help if you identify your joystick and rudder so that the experts out there can help you. :D

I have seen a couple of people accidentally set up the X and Y axis' as aileron and elevator TRIM, instead of the control.  This might be your issue.  When you look at the list of all of the controls that you can map, there are a lot that say aileron and elevator, so just ensure that you mapped the correct ones.
