I think I saw Devi. 33rd Strike Group{now defunct}
-
Lets see, I'd guess it was -SR-
I assume most of us don't watch that show, much less want to be on it... Those that do watch it probably recognize how lame it is and won't admit publicly that they watch it.
That leaves one person who likes it enough to admit he watches it, and therefore one person interested in being on it.... SR.
So, did ya make the cut?

DRWong is really William Hung:rofl

I'm in a band and American (and Australian) Idol are an absolute joke. Nothing but a money-generating potato festival where people with no knowledge of actual music can go and cheer for their favourite corporate sellout.
Biased? You bet ;)

Ok with me, I have better things to do then try to be cool. Reality shows like that are a plague that has infected primtime television. Bring back the real primetime shows like Mr Ed, F Troop, Green Acres, etc

Yes, I'm certain you don't accept money for your performances... Such a purist.

Exactly. I encourage my wife to watch it. If she happens to be away when it is on, I even encourage her to tape it for later viewing. Take my word for it guys, it frees up a lot of flying time. :D

My apologies for starting this thread on this site. I will bring this sort of stuff to the O Club in the future. I did not know this was for serious AH topics only.
-
As I watched "American Idol" last night, I thought of George Bush

Don't think it was Devi. He would have told all of his squadies to watch. Not to mention he is to busy with life to waste time doing American Idol.
-
I dunno about American Idol, but I do know a former AW and AH player who appeared on Jerry Springer....twice :)
-
were you able to work things out with your cousins, culero?

moggy only secretly wishes he could be a Texan - he's forever condemned to live with a Virginian heritage ;)

these sort of programmes are for the socially handicapped

Getting paid isnt what makes you a sell out. Its catering to a market based soley on maximising profit margin while totally neglecting any sense of artistic integrity or honesty that does that.
I suppose someone could argue they're just 'giving the people what they want'. Hooray for artistic stagnation.
