Title: boot to desktop

I resently have been getting booted to the ddesktop a few times a night. this usally happens when im firing on a con.i have an AMD k6-2 450  v770 ultra  and im using a ms ff stick. i need help thanks

With your processor and the problem you describe, it sounds like it's a heat related problem.  I would check your fan and heat sink for proper function.  Perhaps leave the case of for a flight or two to see if that makes a difference.

thanks  ill see about getting a second fan or something. the case has been off for a few months now. so thats not it  thanks for your input pyro.

Have you made any recent changes to your system?  Are you running overclocked?

no i havent done anything that im aware of. i just put the motherboard and cpu in about 2 months ago. it doesnt do it all the time  just have bad days here and there. it will do it bad one day then go a few days just fine. kind of an inermiting problem

It does sound like it could be heat related.
