Let me take an easy guess, you were very hungry, the wife made too much yesterday thinking you would be home. You ditched her to watch some "R" rated movie, and therefore have leftover spaghetti in your mouth today?

it's like left over sloppy joe...

the flavor "ripens" sitting in the fridge. it's almost better than fresh made :aok

Some things just get better tasting with a bit of time. Stew and pazole are a couple of my favorites. One is gringo the other mexican and yet they are both considered a "stew"...... DAMN!!! now I'm hungry!!!:(

Yup thats it exactly.

Same thing with Enchiladas (Beef. Not any of that chicken crap)
Which I made 36 of yesterday and Im having leftovers of today. and probably for the next couple days.

Always better the next day reheated.

I just ate 5 of em.

One other thing about enchiladas is they taste good when you eat them.
And just about every hour thereafter

"Burrp...Man those were good"

LOL

My wife's family got me hooked on their style of spaghetti.

Boil spgti and add:

Ragu Traditional. (They don't like chunks) or whatever sauce you like.
Stew meat that was cooked in a crockpot all day.
Pepperoni (I normally use 1/2 a packarge)
Hamburger cooked and ground up like taco meat.
Garlic powder to taste.

Let sit in the fridge overnight and re-heat the next day.

The spagt and meats soak up a lot of the Ragu so you need to add another jar.

MMMMM   MMMMM Good!

I have an aunt that makes stacked enchiladas complete with a fried egg on top.

Best enchies I've ever eaten.
