Dont forget lightning from the fingertips and jumping 60 feet from a standing position

Big Trouble in Little China is the only one I recall that had an Asain flavor with lightning from fingertips but it wasn't dubbed so I'm without a clue.

Big trouble in little China was what I was watching last night, but the poor dubbed "engrish" is a mix from the old Godzilla movies and Jackie Chan from the 80's
