How do i change my game handle, do I have to create a new account?

Email Carrie (billing@hitechcreations.com) or call her at the Office (number under Support/Contact us). Let her know your loginID, your current game ID and the one you would like to have instead. Note that you are aware you will loose all squad affiliations and perk points (as well as your current tour ranking) with the name change.
