Could we have the Naval planes wings fold up & down just like the real thing?

Granted that looks pretty cool, but what for? Would just add time to when you took off. Folded wings used to save carrier deck and storage space, but not a factor in AH.
-
Yes, but that is what they did. It would be like raising and lowering flaps. It could also be an automatic thing that happens once you tower out.

To what end, honestly? Wings up you can't even see left or right. Seeing that we don't have to ride the elevator, we don't have to spend 40 minutes in breifings, we don't have to taxi into position on a crowded runway, and we don't have to sit for an hour in the cockpit waiting for the 20 guys in front of us to take off......
Why would we include this?

I’m only asking that the bent winged planes wings fold up & down; not elevators and a check list & sitting for hours, so let’s keep this on the subject at hand please.
It wouldn't/shouldn't take that long seeing that most of AH II isn’t that evolved when it comes to the “Historically Correct” thing anyway. Look, I’ve played IL-2 and it is waaaaaaaaaaayy to evolved for my ‘fun factor’ & I luv the simplicity of AH II and starting out on the runway and being able to just fly.
Folded wings would just be awesome!!

I'd rather have open cockpits then folded wings. Folded wings would be a "Hanger Queen" option in two weeks if it was enabled.
-
"Hanger Queen"? Do you mean an option? That would be fine to.

Cheater! quit folding your wings while in the middle of a dogfight! No fair! My plane can't flap it's wings!

lol :lol How else am I gonna get back to my carrier when someone hits my engine?... glide???
-
I'd probably have a habit of raising my wings mid flight and fall out of the air like a brick.

:lol
Once down they should stay down while in flight
