Title: Skuzzy, woo-who.. a little help

Been getting terrible packet loss and errors in the ping runs. This is a 100 ping run and don't even want to think about the number of erors its posting :(  Any suggestions?

Your errors and packet loss start on your first ISP hop.  Contact them and find out what gives.  Nothing after that is valid.
