I sent out an email trying to get an answer to this question from the aces high staff, but they didn't say anything, I've combed the website with a fine toothed comb and haven't fond anything to help me. We have 4 computers hooked up to a router in our house. My friends came over, and we played off of 2 computers at the same time. The next day i tried to get on, and it said my account had been deleted. My friend also had the same problem. In an attempt to make a new one, i got a message saying to contact them. I then called another friend, and he came over and tried his account on my computer, and got a message saying to call them and mention "error 4" what is error 4 and how can i fix it. Please...I'm going bored without aces high, its the only tood fighter game on the internet:furious

If you did not get an answer back within 24 hours, then resend the email as it did not make it here.

you cant move a trial account from one pc to another .. it will lock them out ..

Call them.
I don't think you can do what you were trying to do, and that is why the account was locked. I think.

I DID!!!!!!! When i called you, nobody answered, i sent you guys an email, and i got one response, what is your login ID I sent my login id, nobody replied to me again, i sent my id AGAIN, and nobody responded to me. HOw can i get information ab out this if nobody is going to tell me what to do.

The office is closed on the weekends, and phones are answered Monday through Friday between 8am and 5:30pm CST (GMT -6).
This is not an issue that can be dealt with on the bulletin board.

Could you atleast tell me what an error 4 is. because if it's something big i might just forget about it.
