I am using dial-up and as soon as I start the aces high software I lose my dial-up connection completly. I read the FAQ and I made all the adjustments to my modem. Is someone familliar with this problem????

Just a stab but do you have a firewall enabled on your system? If so, you will need to list AHII as an exception.

Jay, I disabled the firewall completely, the problem is that when I start up the AH software my modem stops functioning and drops the connection. I have a Dell C521 with 1GB ram now and I know Dell is pretty tempermental but if you have any suggestions I really appreciate hearing from you.
