CANNON....
Firstly, look in the Start Menu-Start-PROGRAMS.....then the game-sometimes there is an uninstall there.  Next, Try Control Panel-ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS.....(although they are usually the same.)  IF YOU HAVE THE BOX/FLOPPIES/CDS, read them or search out the readme file in windows explorer to find uninstall features. (Sometimes to uninstall, ya have to run the install program)  After that, then it is a matter of deleting the folders in Windows Explorer, and hope for the best.
(As a last resort, FIND FILES / FOLDERS can tell you what folders were accessed in xyz.*.* too.)  There isnt a straight answer, I am afraid.

Add/Remove *will* uninstall it.  It may not uninstall all of it either, you may have to clear it from the Start Menu.  Also, a few files may stay, if they share info with another program.

There's also few programs such "Add Rem pro" and few others "Uninstallers" in sites like www.download.com (http://www.download.com)  and tucows. They can also wipe programs name from your windows's add/remove list.
Also M$ofts TweakUI can do this. Program is somewhere in win95cd and 98 version is in M$ofts Powertoys.
