249 Sqn RAF Spitfire V

Topside is in Light Mediterranean Blue and Dark Mediterranean Blue RAF colors.Lower side is in Azure Blue color.

Any good?

thats beautifull cro, good work.


any chance you can work a bit more on the elevator and aileron panel lines?  the rest look great but the control surfaces look a little more 2D than the mian body of the plane.


i'm no skinner, so i dont know what is possible, but i think it needs a little more work on the panel lines on the control surfaces just to enhance the fake 3D effect that some other skins do so well.

also, your carribean map with the palm trees looks amazing, and the dessert map there looks equaly good.


its a real shame we dont have terrains like this for main arena use.

I have reworked the template so it is a bit different now.Glad you like the skin and maps:)

If I am not mistaken, but I believe that this skin is already in the game and was done by Kev376th.

No... this is similar to Kev's in that it has an overall "blue" theme but it's actually a different bird.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but this color was painted on as a solid color -- there wasn't a 2-tone camo applied. I think they just slathered it on everything except the control surfaces.

Do you have a source showing it with 2-tone blue?

Yes i found multiple profiles and texts saying dark med and light blue med over azure blue.
