Title: 2 PC behind firewall wanting to play h2h
Post by: twisty21 on October 08, 2001, 10:42:00 AM
2 pc on same network
both work fine

have a linux gateway/firewall

origincal message from internet connectivity thread :

2 accounts that work fine by themselves
but when 1 hosts other can't join
vice versa.
I can forward whatever ports are required.
but have NFI what part of the ports goto each machine etc.

Thanks in advance

Twisty; If both PCs are on the same IP network and on the same side of the firewall then the firewall isn't a factor. Are you running any personal firewall software like ZoneAlarm or one of many others?

Can you ping and browse between the PCs?
