Have a new film I just finished from the past few weeks of flying.  Hope you all enjoy.  It is about 39MB so not too big... Enjoy!  :aok

Sketch...I assume the normal procedure is to film in AH film viewer..and then capture from it?

Yes... Film in AH and then when your ready to record, open Fraps first, then open the AH FIlm Viewer.  You should see a number in the corner of the video.  Use your 'start/stop' button you assigned for the film.  (I use F9 for film and F11 for screenshots)  To get a nice film, don't just rewind if you miss a shot... Pause it and move the slider back and let it reload up to that point.  That way it will help remove any smoke, tracer smoke, etc. from the film.  Bomb craters usually load another film and go back, this way it clears it all up for you.  Use all your views, internal, external, gun cam... everything!  Also, make sure in Fraps you have the checkmark done for "Remove Mouse Icon" or else you will have the pointer in all your film... Have fun! :aok

I enjoyed that film on many levels.

You showed the setup of the kill (not the "setup" but the layout, the makeup) before showing the kill. You matched the "Go!" with the "boom!"s. You did the neat "Detail Cam" which was especially effective to show what the gun barrel was seeing, but also gratifying to see at work on the fighter afterwards. The IL2 eating dirt after a bad strafing run was hilarious. I liked the fact that somebody other than myself enjoys the C205 as well :aok

Nope, I have been doing that for a while.  Never seen that clip of yours.  I like doing stuff like that because the other guy never expects it.  Half the time they start laughing and end up still dying.... but they think it was funny!  The best is flying through a hanger and watching a guy follow you and as you look back you see a fireball!!
