Hi,
newness (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif), I have discovered thing you send my monitor in freezing. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)
It is the MIcrosoft Sidewinder FF Pro. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/eek.gif)
I have uninstalled it, and hour has connected, temporary, an economy joy to 2 Axes and 4 Buttons.
It work all to the perfection.
The strange thing is that this problem, is revealed only with AH, anybody else sim, works to the perfection. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/confused.gif)
Probably, there is a conflict with the setup files of AH.
Could you do of the proofs with this type of Joy?
There do you result that does other have had the same problem with this Joy?
Counsels? (Apart from that of change joy) (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)
Cheers
Max

I have the same stick, but another problem. I posted this in the bug section but don't seem to have gotten any reply yet.
My problem is, after playing for a while, the joystick stops working. I exit out and check the control pannel and it says the stick is not connected when it is. The only way I can get the stick working again is to reboot the computer. Aces seems to be killing the stick drivers.
I have seen this in a couple other new games latly, so it may be somthing in a devlopment package. X-Beyond the Frontier was doing it until they put out a patch for another problem, then this went away. one of the older tacyon demos also did it. I have not tried it since release.
Somtimes this happens with a minute of starting the game. Other times I can run for a couple hours. But when the stick goes, it's like it was just unpluged. One thing different about Aces, is that when the stick goes here, so does the frame rate on the return trip to the tower. It becomes very jerky as if cpu time is being used up
