Title: Buffs and eny.

How about once a certain eny is reached, formations are disabled.

The side already has the numbers use them for more buffs or escorts.

ooooo....this kinda makes sense even.....

Course, getting stuck with Ju88s or Bostons in LW does almost the same thing. But in early and mid war this might be a good idea.
