Title: Cant Host H2H

Evertime I try to host a H2H game and i press ok for the login it says login ID must be letters and numbers. My login ID is letters and numbers. Can anyone help me?

Oh and the only way i can host is by goin to lan play whatever that is. When i do my call sign is Hoster.
