Spent some time in there the other day and i lost 10 minutes of my life flying to a fight for my opponent to run home??? BORING... Don't go there...

What   do you have ADHD or some thing. AvA has great dog fights and furballs when the right people show up. I think you need to give it more of a chance before you judge. Or maybe its not for you in the first place. If you see me there I guarantee I wont run. I know alot of others that would be happy to shoot you down numerous times if you keep coming back. So now the ball is in you court maybe I will see you there. I check in at least once or twice a week.

What gets me is that there was a squad on, jg somthing??!!! And they do not what to fight???? It takes a lot of time to fly the channel in a spit 1 to fight... For someone to run....Boring.....

Spit 1 was the fastest plane in the setup. How could anyone run from you?

Edit: The channel is only a half sector across, doesn't take long to cross at all.  This post stinks of bait. If your gonna fish bring a longer rod:D

AvA arena is a total waste of time and server space.

Slam your fingers in a desk drawer, its about the same amount of fun and a lot quicker.

when 4 to 10 of the regs are on I have the most fun in there.   90% pure meet me in the air and lets drop the gloves.  Sure most of the regs beat me like a gitmo detainee but I've also gotten some 'hey you could have x,y, z'd there and turned the tables on me' messages as well.  

Of course that's just my opinion and not an attempt to force feed it to anybody.

By the way, just to test the theory, I just slammed my finger in a desk drawer and it wasn't ANY fun for me.  Somebody else might get their jollies from self inflicted pain but not me. ;)

OUCH!  Why is the AvA a waste of server?  My best scoring was in AvA before I left a few years back.

Me thinks somebody needs a lesson in SA. :p

Ignore the JG squadron.  They try to act like bullies and control the arena but they're the equivilent of a yapping chihuahua.  Just shoot them down and enjoy your time in the AvA.  However, the other regulars are fun to fly with and against and you can really have a good time in there and kicking the JGs around is damn fun too.

Yup.  I take it as a good sign, though.  When people trash the AvA, it means there's increased awareness and use of the arena.  Have noticed as much myself over the past couple of months.

first off i dont know to many people that run in the AvA (not saying they didnt run from you) but the most of them i fight dont run. meet me in the AvA i can tell you i will not run. but you will have your butt handed to you fast and i am sure you will find yourself running .

AvA a waste of server are you stupid or something did your mommy drop you on your damn head????? you got add of something????? let me tell you something spend a solid month in the AvA and then tell me its a waste of server space then i will talk about it. i think what really is the problem with this one is he cant kill anyone in the AvA so he thinks its a waste of time. take your loser comments else where :noid

i found out the real reason why the AvA is so boring. the reason you cant find a fight is cause the friendlys are killing each other. i have JC3 killing some barcode fella and this was nonstop. can we please turn the killshooter back on in the current arena setup

I'm REALLY hoping to be able to participate in a HMM soon... it's been hectic around here and my gv exp is limited but it sounds like a LOT of fun.  

And about that killshooter thing.. ^^^^^ what he said please :)

Game's not built that way

Either the friendly takes damage or you do. The damage doesn't just disappear.

That would be a nice option.  But right now the only settings for that option is to have it on or off.

I swear, once the bullets leave my gun barrels they ignore their trajectory and begin conga line dancing.  At least...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

I still have nightmares about the troop of Marsh Spotted Jabbermonkeys in the Poonaynay Valley strike of '02. Just one errant napalm canister. Not even the young ones made it...... I cant even talk about it.:cry
