Title: BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPING Audio problems!

I need help......having some audio trouble.

Occasionally while playing AH2 the sound just dies and is replaced with a BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE P! It only stops if i minimise the game and refresh my desktop. After that if i click on the game icon on taskbar and reenter the game, it seems fine for about 20 secs and then its back to BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEP!

Just wondering if anyone else having this problem?


I have  Realtek audio and I am currently using waffle's sound pack.....

Any ideas..................anyone?

If it was me, I would revert to the default set up.

A long time ago when I had a sound card I once used a third party sound files and got all sorts of sound hassle. So I got rid and everthing was back to normal. I just don't risk the third party stuff anymore even if the majority have no trouble at all.
