Title: Toyota 2cd in Daytona 300
Post by: MiloMorai on February 17, 2007, 08:02:26 PM
A Chev 1st (Harvick), a Toyota 2cd(Blaney) and a Ford 3rd (Edwards).

Toyota has made its presence felt but can they continue like they are doing in the truck series?

that was not a toyota or a chevy or a ford, they are purpose built race cars that look a little like toyotas, fords, chevys.

they stopped racing real "stock" cars years ago.

The funny thing is out of the "real" cars they are suppose to represent, only the Camry is built in the USA. The Ford is built in Mexico and the Chevy and Dodge are built in Canada. The NASCAR old-timers must be shaking their heads.
