This lady reminds me of Carries mother
She needs to suffer her fate as well
Crazy Woman- "Thank God for Deal Soldiers"??? (http://www.break.com/index/hannityloon.html)
I rarely agree with either Hannity or Colmes
But for once I agree with BOTH those clowns
-
And
She's Baack! (http://www.break.com/index/crazyfox20.html)

Pick me! Ew! *jumping up & raising my hand* Pick me!
All joking aside ~ that was UNbelievable. What horrible predatory behavior, to have researched the deaths of our young men & women well enough to coordinate in advance to be at their funerals.
The Patriot Guard Riders do an awesome job around here (and else-where nationwide) at the funerals of our fallen soldiers.
I've heard a few times about these kinds of protests out at the local base... but never in advance. Would be nice to hear about this sort of stuff in advance instead of afterward ~ then it could be countered at the time, instead of fumed over afterward.
-
I saw the first one on TV and I was shocked. I can't believe that woman and the people that go to her church can do such a terrible thing to a falling soldier and his family. Nothing wrong at protesting, but doing it at someones funeral is just BS.
For the second video I am now in love with that Fox News reporter. I just loved how she battle that witch. They were about to have a Bible duel. At the end you could see that she wanted a 5min comercial break.
-
It would be hillarious good fun should somebody IED one of their protests. :aok
-
just watched the other video.
It truly frightens me someone would use the Bible, and religion for such an absurd purpose, that woman is truly perverted in her conceptions of God and what being a believer is.
something tells me I should say a prayer for her.
-
That's old, back when everyone on the board was up in flames about the Westboro Baptist Church, then the Honour Guard riders showed up and all was fine, now the circle repeats itself.

Their website is posting funeral information for rallying protests. Can we protest the protesters? Bring rotten fruit and eggs?

great thinking, add further indignity to a solemn procession with grieving family members present. you truly are a piece of work.
-
This group has been looking for a confrontation. I think they actually want to be attacked during a protest. Word is there are a few lawyers in that family.
They aren't completely suicidal though.... they tend to protest at funerals of solders whose fellow soldiers are still overseas. They seem to avoid the funerals of soldiers whose buddies have finished their tours and are back in the states (it happens), and just those whose units are still "downrange".
Otherwise, I think there'd be a rash of funeral services among their membership.
-
Well, the eventual legal trouble be damned. Some people just need a good old fashioned ass-whoopin'. See if they'll brave some stitches to realize their 1st Amendment rights.
Antagonizing grieving families is beyond the pale.

I'd like to see video of her and that Fox reporter chick put together in the same room for a few minutes :)

It's the religion of peace, folks.
:D
-
Well, I suppose her church has a home address....doesn't it?
And I also suppose they have regular Sunday services....don't they?
Am I right in assuming that "anyone" can attend those services? And bring their "extended family" with them?
"Brothers" I have a wonderful idea! :D

I was thinking along similar lines.
I figured they must have a church or other place of worship.
Perhaps they need to be protested
-
omg ppl like that exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How sad.:(
-
Seriously....imagine an "informally" organized protest that could easily put 50,000 protestors in, on top of, and around her church.
All of them standing quietly....and frowning OMINOUSLY.
:D

Yet another in a long string of examples to point to when arguing the wisdom of separation of church and state.

Solution: Get rid of the Church. Get rid of the State. 93.75% of all problems in the world gone.
-
Getting rid of the church is a dumb idea, look at what happened in the Soviet Union. I'm an atheist, but even I know that. Some folks just need something to believe in, I guess.
Just keep it out of government (which I'd like to see less of, btw).
-
People like this are why we have to have so many stupid laws.

Or we can protest them by putting a big 20 foot curtain around them.
-
Does this mean that if we get rid of all the homosexuals then our military is invulnerable?
-
I've heard all about these people but this is the first I've seen one of them try to justify their position. What a bunch of effing friutloops.
I'd rank these guys up there with Jim Jones, David Koresh, and Heaven's Gate. They're just as wacky. I wouldn't be surprised if one day they all die tragically for their cause, too.

Try listin to news talk:580 AM:aok.I Listen to it all the time while in the car with my DAD:aok.

This reminded me of the case of the Neo Nazis that marched thru Skokie. I couldn't remember the outcome of that case so I had to look it up. From Wiki:
National Socialist Party of America v. Village of Skokie, 432 U.S. 43 (1978), was a United States Supreme Court case dealing with freedom of assembly. The National Socialist Party of America (a Nazi group) planned a march in the town of Skokie, Illinois, a largely Jewish community. In an attempt to stop the march, the town passed numerous ordnances regarding the permit required for the march, including a $350,000 permit fee. The ACLU, on behalf of the NSPA, sued for the right of the National Socialists to march. In its decision, the Supreme Court found in favor of the NSPA, by a vote of 5-4.
Again, thanks to the ACLU for their selective defense of our rights and civil liberties.
