Fixed, sort of.

Settings are for original Tirpitz setup, so things will be just a bit different.  Duke will be able to adjust when he's able to log on.

yes once again (happens at "the time of the month") it's down.

I reloaded the settings, sort of (some settings, at least). Not the exact same setup that was before the reset, but some planes are available.
