Personally I think its high-larious to watch 15 guys chase 1 jet on the deck when he has already demostrated a pronounced inability to hit anything.

Apparently the Las just don't run away fast enough for some people.

Just got done flying in the MA seems as the numbers grow the skill leave drops all you see now a days is 20K Pony's Temps and La7s hoin, flyin zip codes or dive bombing buffs game plays going down hill i think

jets are perfect tool for killing the stream of low level bombers that seem to develope anywhere near a good fight....not sure why tho...hmmmm:noid

Don't need a jet for that.

Last week the Rooks NOT trying to defend the wrong end of Tank Town in NDIsles saw about 5+ boxes of B-24s pop on dar at ~2-3000ft edge of one of our base's radar circles. It was an absolute slaughter, with no Buffs even reaching the airfield.

The only damage caused was a pair of high-alt Ponies who took advantage of the distraction to pop the dar. :D

I've been wondering - is there something that assigns numbers for playerIDs so that people are inadvertantly ending up with a number?  Or (Lord in Heaven forbid) are people actually chosing to use that 6 or 7 digit number as a handle deliberately?

I'll say this. When I first opened an AH account years ago, the request for "Game ID" confused the heck outta me. If that were changed to "callsign" we'd see a lot less prisoner numbers showing up.

Ok PPL

I know that an increase in Noobs will always result in an increase in suckage...

But without new blood this game will eventually get old and (like my sanity) go the way of the dinosaurs....

Just remeber
We need new players...
Some will move onto the next thing they find
Some will eventually turn into good players...
Some will become vets and one day post in a thread about all the noobs in the MA....

Well, that's all good fine and dandy, and I don't even mind that (this being a fairly well accepted progression of events).  That said, it's "seem's" to lil'ole me, the gap between levels of "jet availability" and "extreme noobyness" have closed significantly, and needs to be addressed.  

Yes.. I am in fact biased.  An old AH fart who's screwing around and having a laugh by dogfighting a 163/262 on the deck is AOK :aok    That's plenty acceptable... old fart know's he looks like a doofus, and so does everyone else and it's a grand old chuckle for all.  But, the problem is... every yuk-yuk who's earned a few perks observes old-fart in action and thinks (uhhhh, wow, I'kin get LOTSAKILLS in dem'dere zoomy tings!!)=jetfest in the MA

....c'mon guys, it's getting... gotten... got gamey as hell in there.  Dogfighting Me-163/262's at the current numbers of same is just a itty bitty bit over the top.

RAISE THE FRICKIN PERKS HTC... ... anybudy home?  There's still an MA out there ya know.

If so, then it became this way a long time ago.

2 Years ago, in tour 60, Me 262 got 2824 kills, that's 0.48% of all MA kills then.
Last tour, #84, the 262 was credited with 3652 kills, but that is still only 0.55% of all MA kills.
In the current tour the 262 has 2541 kills,  that's only 0.41% of all kills.

The numbers don't seem to support your view.

I liked him better as Goldelks (singular) when fighting and winning was more important than artificially inflating score through deciet.  I really dont care, its just a game, but those who engage in this type of crap hold no water with me.  Won't even consider anything they do or post.  Just another "gamer", not a player anymore.
