Title: No throttle with vehicles, works fine flying

I cannot figure out how to drive any of the vehicles.  Engine starts, put into gear but no throttle with joystick or keyboard. just idles.  Throttle works fine when flying any of the aircraft. What am I doing wrong?

Sadly, the throttle doesn't fit any function in the vehicles.

To go forward, first go into first gear, then push your joystick forward. Pulling the stick backward will reduce speed and brake the vehicle.

In the gunner and commander modes, you can control the heading of the vehicle with the rudder controls (same as in buffs).

If your using a joystick, push it forward. Pulling back is the brake. Throttle doesn't do anything in a vehicle.
