Title: New Symrna
Post by: Habu on February 23, 2007, 03:00:18 PM
Just flew down here for the week with the family in the 58 182.

Had a great tailwind at one point, 60 knots. I could not believe that the Cessna was doing over 190 knots ground speed.

Landed in 22 knots of wind. I hope it calms down soon as this windy weather is starting to get old fast.

Did not see the sexy flight instructor made famous on this board.

Toronto to here was just over 7.5 hours flying time. But we stopped for the night in Roanoke due to loss of daylight.

Paid $50 for a weeks wireless so I can keep training my Hobo in Hobowars.

Well I am back in Canada. I left on Wednesday to avoid the big storm and flew back in 8 hours total.

I never did see the hot flight instructor in New Symrna.

What amazes me is that no one here seems to remember that thread. What has happened to all the old timers in here?

Florida is a nice place to visit this time of year.

The area you stayed in is very nice not all crazy like Daytona or Cocoa.

2 years ago I was on vacation there and attempted to surf fish and not get eat'n by a sand shark.  Seems there was a bad run of them(Sharks) while I was there. There were so many, I caught two baby sharks 2-3 footers by accident.. seems they liked eating what I was trying to catch. I gave up and worked on a tan with the GF

CFIs doesn't tend to be a career position, at least not in planes
maybe you should have verified on aviation's gayest website, FBOhotties
