How do get my custom skins to appear in offline mode?  I'm not ready to submit any online yet.

If you check out the link that Skuzzy put up (it's stickied) it explains a lot of the basics.

Say you're working on a P51D skin. In the Skins directory you'd make a sub-directory named "P51D_1" or any number up to "P51D_15". Put your bitmaps in here and it should show up offline.
