I think he means this

http://www.flyboysgame.com/screenshots.html# (http://www.flyboysgame.com/screenshots.html#)

Personally I'd rather see HTC come out with a WWI arena

but then again. Im the loyal type to those that have been loyal.
HTC has been loyal to its customers.
So. here I am, and here  I'll stay

Looks pretty cool though

Might even change my wallpaper

Just checked the demo out.

Basically its Airwarrior RR WWI flight wise
Graphics seemed a bit choppy
Stick setup is a PIA

HTC can do it (the game overall) much better
Not a question in my mind

I'll give you three reasons the game will stink.

1. Wild
2. Bill
3. Stealey

Nothing else matters.

As far as doing a WWI simulation, HTC already did that, before they left the previous company. It was called "Dawn of Aces" (DoA), and it was a great game. For whatever reason development on it stopped and the game has all but died. It has a small but loyal following. But ah... I remember many a night spent on that game.

What he said.  I saw this game ... thought hmmm... then saw who did it, and given Wild Bills lawsuit history I wouldn't even PIRATE his software.

What kieren said, Hitech's already been there & done that I'd be very suprised to see him do it again.

In spite of what seems like enough demand. Numbers in DOA were never good enough to support it. Plus, you think plane match ups are tough in WWII. Which month you choose to pattern after has a huge impact on the game and game play. The periods of relative equality were virtually nil. Early war the Germans had a clear edge and used it unmercifully. Late war it switch's to the allies.

Not that I wouldn't love to see a WWI arena for AH.
But I just don't see them having the resources to waste on it.

I'd rather see a really good Korean conflict arena. Esp the early war where you had a mix of jets & late war WWII planes.

I still have the DoA beer bottle from the release party (held at the con in 98). Wonder what that is worth...hmmmm.

It was fun, I too spent many an hour in there but it was a horde-v-horde gangbang with little chance of escape once you were engaged...guess that sounds familiar too.

Ah yes, my beloved DVa... she was a fragile, terrible beauty. Flown right she was a killer, but she was no newbie kite...
